Ingredients

  • 4 Portobello Mushrooms

  • 150 Grated Cabbage

  • 1 tsp Ground Cumin

  • 1 tsp Onion Powder

  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

  • 1 tsp Chopped Coriander

  • 125 g Sliced Mozzarella

  • Salt & Pepper

  • Healthy Oil for Frying

Method

  • Preheat oven 170 C
  • Fry the grated cabbage in hot oil until slightly soft.
  • Add the ground cumin, onion and garlic powder and chopped coriander and fry until well combined.
  • Season to taste.
  • Place the 4 large Portobello mushrooms next to each other in a baking dish.
  • Fill the mushrooms with the cabbage mixture.
  • Cover each Portobello mushroom equally with the sliced Mozzarella.
  • Sprinkle Salt and Pepper on top.
  • Bake in the oven for ca. 20 minutes or until golden brown.
