HOMEMADE MAYONNAISE

Make your own thick, creamy mayonnaise in 5 minutes using just 5 ingredients that you already have in your kitchen. If you prefer it thinner, use just one egg yolk instead of two.

Homemade mayonnaise is easy to make and so much infinitely better and healthier than store bought, with no added sugar, preservatives or any other chemicals.

This recipe is easy, foolproof, and deliciously creamy and can be used for numerous dishes.

I have recently made a new recipe: Creamy Salmon Salad, made with just four ingredients: a tin of salmon, onions, a dash of lemon juice and homemade mayonnaise. So easy to make, no additives and tastes delicious.

As you know, eggs come from hens … and hens who can hop around outside and eat healthy things like leafy greens, cereals, grains, berries, fruits, vegetables, worms and baby frogs (yes, they eat almost anything) … will produce much healthier eggs than those poor hens which are kept in cages.

Home-made mayonnaise is one of the  easiest condiments you can make yourself and here’s how to do it:
