2 Baby Peppers
1 1/2 tbsp Cream Cheese
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp chopped Parsley
OR buy Cream Cheese with Herbs
Method
- Mix the cream cheese, parsley, onion and garlic powder with a fork.
- Cut baby peppers in half and remove seeds and white bits.
- Fill the peppers with cream cheese.

- MACROS each half pepper 1.2g Carbs
