Ingredients

  • 1 tbs Oat Fibre

  • 1 tbs Almond Flour

  • 1 tbs Melted Butter

  • 1 Egg

  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder

  • Salt

Method

  • Beat all ingredients well with a fork until the batter has a light consistency.
  • Microwave in a greased square or round form of your choice for 4-5 minutes.
  • Photo is bread made with double the recipe served with home-made jam
