4 Portobello Mushrooms
150 Grated Cabbage
1 tsp Ground Cumin
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Chopped Coriander
125 g Sliced Mozzarella
Salt & Pepper
Healthy Oil for Frying
Method
- Preheat oven 170 C
- Fry the grated cabbage in hot oil until slightly soft.
- Add the ground cumin, onion and garlic powder and chopped coriander and fry until well combined.
- Season to taste.
- Place the 4 large Portobello mushrooms next to each other in a baking dish.
- Fill the mushrooms with the cabbage mixture.
- Cover each Portobello mushroom equally with the sliced Mozzarella.
- Sprinkle Salt and Pepper on top.
- Bake in the oven for ca. 20 minutes or until golden brown.
