We manufactured in Greece for many years, enjoying the pleasure of eating with our Greek partners in their homes. 

Tzatziki is an absolute favourite of ours. We eat it to grilled meat dishes, roast Mediterranean vegetables or as a delicious spread with Keto crackers and bread.

ORIGINAL GREEK TZATZIKI

Ingredients

  • 250 g Greek Yoghurt

  • 1 large Cucumber

  • 4 Crushed Garlic Cloves

  • Himalayan Salt and freshly ground black Pepper

  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil

Method

  • Grate the cucumber, add salt and leave for 20-30 minutes
  • Crush the garlic, add to yoghurt and mix well
  • Important: After 30 minutes the grated cucumber will have released water. Squeeze out excess water with your hands, then spread the grated cucumber onto a clean tea towel, roll up and twist tightly to release remaining water
  • Add cucumber to yoghurt
  • Add salt and pepper to taste
