Ingredients

  • 1 tbs Melted Butter

  • 2 tbsp Erythritol

  • 1 medium Egg

  • 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder

  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

  • 4 squares Low carb or home made chocolate

  • Topping
  • 100 ml Whipping Cream

Method

  • Whisk all ingredients together until well combined
  • Spoon the mixture into a medium sized greased Ramekin
  • Press the 4 pieces of chocolate into the top of the mixture
  • Microwave on full power for 90 seconds
  • Whisk the whipping cream and erythritol until stiff
