Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Melted Butter

  • 2 tbsp Erythritol

  • 1 medium Egg

  • 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder

  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder

  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

  • Topping
  • 100 ml Double Cream

  • 1 tbsp Erythritol

Method

  • Whisk all ingredients together until combined
  • Whisk the double cream and erythritol until stiff
  • Using a piping bag make a swirl on top

Notes

  • MACROS: 3.2g Carbs – 65.5g Fat – 9g Protein – 624 Calories (432 calories from double cream – for less calories use low fat pouring cream instead – look at the carbs on the packet)
